C2C INITIATIVE

The NYFAA is sponsoring a new program for trade school and college-level academic study
graduates and students interested in entering the Fire and Security Industry. This program is
called the C2C Initiative – Classroom to Career.

With the C2C Initiative you will have access to qualified candidates that are trained and
ready to work. It’s a win – win for all. Candidates in the C2C Initiative gain on the job
professional experience training in their specific field of study, while our member employers’
benefit from a pool of the pre-qualified entry level candidates ranging from full time
graduates to part time students with the strengths and talents to supplement our members
work force.
